FREE ACCESS TICKETS

We want all customers to participate and enjoy our events equally. Under the Equalities Act, we undertake to make reasonable adjustments and we offer free access for companions/carers for customers who need someone to be with them to access our events.

ELIGIBILITY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Free access tickets are not open to, or intended for, customers who simply want to accompany someone. They are reserved for those who would not otherwise be able to attend. A companion/carer must have the ability to assist the customer in the event of an evacuation or other emergency.

We reserve the right to charge for a companion ticket where we feel our terms of booking have not been followed.

Companions/carers will need to familiarise themselves with the venue and the location of services contained within it. A carer is also required to be available at all times to assist the customer during their visit.

We recommend that a carer be 16 years of age or above. If a carer is under 16, please notify one of the Trustees or volunteers.
